Today we took Cole to his first museum! The Science Museum of Minnesota is always great, and they have a special King Tut exhibit going on right now. Cole learned all about ancient Egypt, the pharoahs, mummies, and all sorts of other cool stuff. He just had to try on the pharoah hat, too. (Of course, he pretends to sleep when we put it on him. Obviously, we'd never dress up our sleeping baby for our own amusement.) After the King Tut exhibit, we checked out other parts of the museum, including the dinosaur skeletons, but Cole seemed a little less enthusiastic about those. The triceratops in that picture is quite pointy, it's true, so perhaps he was just displaying good judgment and putting safety first. Good thinking, Cole. 6/18/11.
